Order and Delivery

We deliver PAN-India to over 25,000 pin codes.

Once received, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours (if received on weekdays) or 48 hours (if received on the weekend or public holidays) and it usually takes our delivery partners 3-7 working days to deliver the order at your doorstep.

We offer Free Delivery anywhere in India and charge shipping fees for all international orders. All COD orders may attract an additional fee.

If no one is available to receive your package our shipping partner will get in touch with you over the phone and arrange for delivery on the next day or as per the communication between shipping partner and you.

All orders placed online will be delivered to the shipping address provided. You can input any address preferable for you to receive your order.

SUPASAC offers a 12-month Warranty against all manufacturing, workmanship, and material defects. Please retain a copy of your invoice for claiming warranty. For submitting a claim, kindly email us ( your invoice along with images to illustrate the nature of the issue you are facing (to speed up the claim process). You can send the product on the given address – 128, Arun Chambers, Tardeo, Mumbai, Maharashtra | 400034 (One side courier charge would be paid by the customer). Once the repair is done by us will dispatch the same within 3-4 working days. (we would bear the return courier charges).

Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order please send us an email on or call us on +91-7730044445 with your name, order number, order date, and mobile number.

If any product that you have ordered is not available in stock then our fulfillment team will reach out to you either via phone or email, to confirm an alternative color or design within the same price range.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking information of your shipment.

Cancellations & Returns
