The brand SUPASAC belongs to Mehak Data System (in short SUPASAC) and the products are sold by us through this web site in terms of the specific agreement between SUPASAC and Mehak Data System. The policy is issued by Mehak Data System which may be referred to by the full name or as Mehak Data System or ‘We’ or “us’. By placing an order on this website, you are entering into a purchase/sale transaction solely with Mehak Data System and not with SUPASAC. SUPASAC shall in no way liable or responsible for any dispute that may arise between Mehak Data System and you as the customer. This applies to all transactions that take place with Mehak Data System through this web site irrespective of the mode of payment i.e. whether by any credit card, bank card, debit card, cheque, bank transfer, and other payments, etc.
Your credit card or debit card statements will reflect Mehak Data System. In the case of third-party statements including bank and credit card statements, the merchant name may appear in an abbreviated format.
To place an order you will need to complete the transaction on the website. This may or may not be assisted with a phone call with the customer service representative. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (Mastercard Secure Code) to complete the transaction.
Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updation may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer for such types of errors.
The price mentioned on the website is inclusive of all taxes. A break up of taxes will be provided in the Invoice.

We have no jurisdiction on this and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges need to be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument
All orders are acknowledged at current prevailing pricing. We will bill at price prevailing at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice.

Out of Stock situations
We endeavor to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for despatch to the customer. However in case, the same is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.
Delivery of products
Purchases are shipped from our warehouses from various points in Mumbai, Maharastra. We endeavor to make the products reach you within 7-9 working days (for Metro cities) and 10-15 working days (for Non-Metro cities) from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.
Order deliveries will be made by our staff or third party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm Monday –Sunday.
Delivery challan/Invoice attached to the Product upon delivery will be required to be acknowledged and signed by you or any other person at the address mentioned by you at the time of order. We take no responsibility for products signed by any other person other than you who have placed an order for the product.
Since the transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
We are not responsible for any damage to products after delivery. Once delivered, the products will be subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the warranty card attached to each product.
All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web-store. Also, the said shortage of products needs to be highlighted and signed on the Proof of delivery copy itself and returned to the delivery person.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on the product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments
Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.
To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please contact customer service within 24 hours from the time of delivery along with images of the delivered product and their tags.
All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return/exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition, otherwise the same will not take back.
Postage and other charges for the return of these products will not be refunded by us.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale any opened or used products.
We will require up to 21 days from the day you return your damaged package or an item not as per your order, for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
