Refund policy

At Supasac, we aim to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


🔄 Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging

  • Any product returned without original packaging may not be accepted


⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 24 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear images/videos as proof for verification


💰 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected

  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 15 working days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method


💵 COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer

  • Customers will be required to share valid bank account details


Non-Refundable Charges

  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable

  • Any promotional discounts or offers applied will be adjusted accordingly


🚫 Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been used or damaged by the customer

  • Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories

  • Return request raised after the allowed return window


📦 Important Notes

  • Only full order returns are accepted (no partial returns)

  • Supasac reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
